See You Soon 03:49
See you soon When cold afternoons Resign with the times Alone in a silent room Watching the world through strangers eyes And I’m sure We’re in for quite a ride How will I know what’s true? Are we seeing the same moon? But I’ll believe In the end it’s me and you See you then After the mystery Where light meets shadow Alone in a silent room Watching the world grow stranger while Time, fools I take another look inside How will I know what’s true? The red I see is blue But I believe In the end it’s me and you Meet me at the end Of the world To give away our secrets When I see you again I can dream it to life We’ll never know goodbye See you soon Beautiful afternoon Gold in the sky How will I know what’s true? I know you’re wondering too Come on, believe In the end it’s me and you Meet me at the end Of the world To give away our secrets When I see you again I can dream it to life We’ll never know goodbye

Living on grace Counting my days Hungry old rooster crying Heavy my feet Ashen my heart Can anyone hear me When the dream died We all cried A heartbreak sound Love is pain People change Will we rise again? Nothing gets made No one gets paid Running out of silver lining Freedom locked down Country and crown Caught each other sleeping When the dream died We all cried A heartbreak sound Love is pain People change How will we rise again? Living on grace Hungry and thin Give me something to believe in This is my life Call it by name Say it to the wind

You went high I stayed low Am I free Or overgrown? I rushed it You took your time Now you’re taking all of mine I’m here to find a way I’m here to find a way I’m here to find a way through Through to you Kindness You let me feel Like dancing in the rain was cool Forgiveness Like Henley sang Everything we know Will change I’m here to find a way I’m here to find a way I’m here to find a way through Through to you

Without You 03:53
When it’s hard Say the words Mean the most When it hurts Know it’s good See it work It’s true, nothing’s free Talk about The way it was A child in A better world But when it comes To getting real There’s nothing without you Without you Without you I am spinning lonely through the dark Without you Without you I am spinning lonely through the dawn Yesterday Before the sun I heard a cry From everyone In a dream Waking up A sea of open eyes Brother called Silent words Growing lights Defeat the curse In the rise Our universe Is nothing without love Without love Without love We are spinning lonely through the dark Without love Without love We are spinning lonely through the dawn Without love Without love We are spinning lonely through the dark Without love Without love We are spinning lonely through the dawn

about

In a year and time where life has slowed so dramatically, with ample time to explore and a common worldwide confinement in place, the process of creation was for once unhindered by movement.

Largely performed live at home, in the tender middle hours of one warm, windy night, See You Soon is a 15 minute musical meditation on longing, shared awakening, darkness, hope, and the worthy pursuit of love.
